Privacy officer
Caellum follows the principles of Quebec’s Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (“Law 25”). For any question, request, or complaint, contact the privacy officer at confidentialite@caellum.ca.
Information collected
The contact form collects the information you provide: your name, email address, business name and type, expected budget, and message. Caellum does not ask for sensitive information in this form; please do not submit any.
How the information is used
This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, prepare a call or estimate, and, if you hire Caellum, manage the contractual relationship. It is not sold or rented.
Retention and security
Caellum limits access to people and service providers who need the information for these purposes and uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. Information tied to a client relationship may be kept longer when required by the contract, tax obligations, the defence of legal rights, or another legal obligation, and is then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Your rights
Subject to exceptions under applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent for a use that depends on it. Email confidentialite@caellum.ca. Caellum will reasonably verify your identity and respond within the applicable time limits.
Questions and complaints
Send a description of your question or complaint and the information needed to respond to confidentialite@caellum.ca. Your request will be reviewed confidentially. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
