Informational website
This website provides general information about Caellum and its services. Its content is not a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or legal, tax, or professional advice. Information may be corrected or updated without notice.
Estimates and projects
Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars before tax and are starting prices unless stated otherwise. For each project, the written estimate, proposal, or contract you accept controls the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, and payment terms. If it conflicts with this website, the project document controls.
Intellectual property
After final payment, you own and control your domain, the complete source code for the delivered website, and your content. You may move, modify, and host the site freely with the provider of your choice.
Caellum retains its general know-how and rights in pre-existing methods, tools, and components not created specifically for your project. If any such material is embedded in the delivered code, Caellum grants you a perpetual licence that is worldwide, royalty-free, and sufficient to use, move, modify, and host the complete site. The customer is responsible for securing the necessary rights to copy, images, trademarks, and other materials they provide.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, fonts, measurement tools, forms, and other functions may rely on third-party providers governed by their own terms, prices, service levels, and policies. Caellum does not control their interruptions or changes.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is, and Caellum does not promise that it will always be available or error-free. Caellum is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes relating to the website are subject to the competent courts of Quebec, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
